SSA 27 is excited to announce the Low-Line Market's 2014 season. Beginning on June 5, 2014, and running through Oct. 16, 2014, you can visit the Low-Line Market every Thursday evening at the auxiliary exit of the Southport Brown Line Station. The Market will be open Thursdays from 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., June 5 - Sept. 4, and 3:00 p.m. - sunset, Sept. 11 - Oct. 16.

Mission

Now in its second year of operation, the Low-Line Market is a prepared food and farmers market, with the goal of creating an experience where neighbors can meet and gatherwhile having greater access to a collection of high quality produce, prepared foods and handcrafted goods from local farms and vendors. Byproviding an increased availability of local food sources within walking distance of a high traffic, residential area the Low-Line Market aims atcontributing to an increase in sustainability within our community.
