Lakeview's only weeknight AGRICULTURAL MARKET. Join us June 6th for the opening night of the LOW LINE. The Market features produce, flowers, artisan foods and more.

MISSION: The Low-Line Market is a prepared food and farmers market, with the goal of creating an experience where neighbors can meet and gather while having greater access to a collection of high quality produce, prepared foods and handcrafted goods from local farms and vendors. By providing an increased availability of local food sources within walking distance of a high traffic, residential area the Low-Line Market aims at contributing to an increase in sustainability within our community

Divvy Bikes Coming to Chicago Spring 2013

Divvy Bikes

Chicago's bike sharing system will be launching this Spring/Summer 2013.

Divvy will give Chicagoans and visitors access to a bike when they want one, without having to worry about storage or maintenance.  It also leverages Chicago's public transit system to help commuters complete the first or last few miles of their trip.

Divvy will provide a convenient, easy-to-use transit option available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.   It is envisioned for short point-to-point trips, or as alternative option for a multi-mode commute.  Users will pick up a bike from a self-service docking station and return it to any other station nearest their destination.
