Have you ever wondered why Jamón Ibérico is so darn delicious? Owner of The Spanish Square, Manuel Moreno, is excited to share his enthusiasm and expertise in Jamón Ibérico. Manuel will be opening and preparing a Jamón Ibérico while explaining technique and giving you insider tips. Try your hand at carving the perfect slice and the best part is getting to eat it! Light tapas and wine (after carving) will be served! Its the perfect opportunity to learn and practice carving a Jamón.
Ticket cost is $50 and may go toward the purchase of a whole Jamón or Paleta 100% Ibérico de Bellota.
