The 44th Ward Service Office is located at 1057 West Belmont Avenue. The 44th Ward is easily accessible by the Red, Purple, and Brown Line Trains at the Belmont Stop. In addition, we are accessible by the #77 Belmont Bus.

Alderman Thomas Tunney of the 44th Ward recently formed the Community Directed Development Council (CDDC). This Council will consist of community group representatives and business leader throughout Lake View. One of the Council's duties will be to hold community forums to debate zoning issues in the neighborhood. The council will then report their findings to Alderman Tunney and advise him on development decisions concerning the community.
