On March 15th the Chamber and SSA 27 unveiled
the Lakeview Area Master Plan (LAMP). A crowd of nearly 150
community members gathered at St. Luke Church to learn about the
plan, which was drafted by the consulting team of PLACE
Consulting and MOSS Design. Cary Zartman of Z Factory
designed the look and feel of the plan documents. LAMP,
whose mission is to enhance and build upon an already vibrant
