Finance
The Finance Committee regularly reviews the financial aspects of
the Chamber. The Committee reviews not only the financial position
but the financial practices and policies as well. This committee is
invite only.
Meetings: First Thursdays of every month, 3:00PM, location:

Communications & Public Relations (CPR)
Chairperson: TBD
CPR works to get the Chamber's messages out to the membership
and the community at large. Areas of focus also include
social media, website development and marketing campaigns.

Membership Development
Chairperson: Justin Clifford, Switchfast Techologies, LLC
The Membership Committee focuses on retention and recruitment of
members. They assess the needs of the membership base to make
certain the Chamber is providing the proper programs and
services.
Meetings: 9:30AM, third Thursday of every month except the month
of July when the committee will meet on the 22nd, location: Central
Federal Savings (1601 W. Belmont)
Planning & Development
Chairperson: Chris Irwin, Jameson Commercial
Planning and Development focuses on community business and
economic development. The current issue for this committee is
working with both the 32nd and 44th wards to obtain Streetscape
funding for Lincoln-Belmont-Ashland.

Programs

The committee schedules and plans all Chamber events.
Meetings: third Tuesdays of every month, 8:30AM, Location:
Central Federal Savings (1601 W. Belmont)
Lincoln Avenue Task Force *NEW*
This committee will focus on issues specific to Lincoln Avenue
(events, promotions, marketing, etc.)
Meetings: The first Tuesday of every month except the month of
July when the task force will meet on the 12th, location: Chicago
Photography Center (3301 N. Lincoln)
Southport Task Force
Co-chairs: Tom Bellino, The UPS Store; Kevin Vaughan, Mystic
Celt; Lisa Santos, Southport Grocery
The Southport Task Force focuses on the issues specific to
Southport, including all event planning, marketing, and
promotions.
Meetings: 9:00AM, second Wednesday of every month, location:

Strategic Planning
Co-Chairs: Rev. Delois Brown-Daniels, Advocate Illinois Masonic
Medical Center; Rev. David Abrahamson, St. Luke Church &
School
This committees keeps the chamber on track with its strategic
plan making sure that the strategic goals are in line with the ever
changing climate and environment of Lakeview.
Meetings: quarterly, as needed, location: AIMCC, 816 West
